Pricing and payments
- Group bookings of 3 and over will attract a non refundable deposit based upon services booked, please call the salon to make a group booking.
- Please make every effort to arrive for your appointment on time as lateness may mean your service cannot be completed and may need to be rescheduled.
- We reserve a nail technician especially for your chosen time. We need a reasonable amount of time to reschedule your appointment (24 hrs). Clients that fail to attend a booking or cancel/ reschedule less than 24 hours will forfeit their deposit. If you cancel outside of 24 hours then your deposit automatically becomes credit on your account unless you ask for a refund in writing.
