Course Details

This course will provide the knowledge, skills and practical experience for beginners to acquire the education necessary to work as a nail technician, confident and skilled in Hard Gel Nail Enhancements.

  • Anatomy and Physiology of Skin and Nails
  • Diseases and Disorders of Skin and Nails
  • Nail Preparation
  • Tip Application and Blending
  • Hard Gel Product Application
  • Refill and repair techniques
  • Filing and Buffing
  • Hard Gel Sculptured nails
  • Non-invasive removal of hard gel
  • Nail polish and gel polish application

Work Experience

Option to apply for Work Experience in Salon

Duration

8 Weeks  – 1 day per week (Monday) 9:30am to 2:30pm in Cockburn

12 weeks – 1 evening per week (Monday) 6pm to 9pm

$1500 (Price includes all products and a starter kit to take home)
